Monthly free online Spa Retreat
On the last Monday of the month, 6:30 til 8pm, on YouTube livestream.
Join me to enjoy a foot spa, self-reflexology, self-massage, some hot tips for reducing stress and a relaxation on a Maldives beach. Each month is a little different from the last and every event is designed as 90 minutes of bliss to thank you for your hard work and give you chance to refuel and relax. The CARE Wellbeing Model online course
This 6 module, self-study course follows Pam's CARE Model. With interactive videos full of helpful information and demonstrations of powerful techniques, you also get summaries and worksheets throughout.
